Send relevant information for us to check availability of photographer for your dates and location.Once photographer is confirmed as available, you can officially book and reserve your shoot.

Please book at least one month in advance. Last minute bookings are certainly possible,But we’re afraid you won’t get best photographer you like on exact date you want.

All photos will delivered in private online link where you can download your all photos file in high-resolution jpg format. You should receive an email with your photography link within 7 business days.

We love to shoot during ‘Golden Hour’ the first or last hour of sunlight which helps produce a softer and more warm light due to the indirect sunlight that is evenly diffused. Good time in Thailand is around 7am-9am and 4pm-sunset.

All of our photography packages are one photographer based. Usually is perfect for a couples photo shooting like Honeymoon,Pre-wedding,Couple vacation,Solo-Traveler,Surprise Proposal,
Also our service cover one family photo session with number of people not more than 5 people. However if you have 2 family or you plan on having 6 people or more, we normally recommend to use 2 photographer in package because one photographer can’t do the best job in short time with many people or two family in the same time.

Note :

If more people show up to your shooting date than you originally indicated on your booking form , Extra people above the limit will be charged at $20 per person. The package length and photo quantities will remain as originally booked.

You have the right to use the photos for personal use, Share them on social media , Print them, Make photo album. Your photographer and www.localthaigrapher.com retain the copyright of the photos. We would love to show off your amazing photos in our portfolio, but if you prefer to keep the photos private, just let us know.

In the case of bad weather, you can coordinate with your photographer to re-schedule or we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

Of course! You can book more photographer  by select and fill out the form again then send it to us as usual. Or you can sent email to contact direct with admin from Contact us page.

Once our photographer accepts your request we will connect you with photographer and you will then communicate with each other via Email or WhatsApp for meeting point,Time and location.

Payments are made with a secure gateway provided by PayPal service, So you can pay with your credit/debit card via PayPal. When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller and you can pay using only your email address and password.

Our photographers make the final selection of photos that you will receive.if you do have in mind certain shots that you remember taking and you don’t see it in your online gallery, just let us know and we’ll try to hunt them down for you.

We understand that your plans might change so please email or call us and we will refund 90% of your booking fee .

Cancellation policy

More than 7 days : 90% refund
Less than 7 days : 50% refund
Less than 48 hr : NO refund

Please contact and inform your photographer as soon as possible. If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed from your original start time will be forfeited, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you have booked. The number of photos delivered may be adjusted to reflect the actual time spent together. We recommend arriving early .

Yes, it is. So please select the appropriate package based on your intended shoot itinerary.

All our photographer has their own different style of shooting and photo processing as showcased in their portfolio.So please choose photographer based on your favorite style.

Your photographer takes plenty of shots during your shoot but the best ones are chosen for basic retouching and edited in photographer signature style  i.e., lighting color contrast, saturation.However the photos are still going to come out as natural stye.

Of course not! Unless you decide to extend your photo shoot time  and on some special destinations (Islands Especially), such as Phi Phi, Lanta ,Koh Yao,Koh Racha,Koh Mook  there will be additional photographer travel fees and accommodation free for photographer on the island because photographer can’t go back to mainland in the day of shooting.Tell us about you favorite location photographing ,we will calculate the photographer travel frees on your special area.

We sent high resolution (4000 x 2667px) JPEG format via download link , If you have a specific size requirement for a special project, please let us know when you book .Please note that to protect the work of photographers, we NOT provide RAW format files.

Usually, yes, However please text or email your photographer no less than 72 hours notice prior.However you have to pay for photographer’s travel expenses if the new location is on outside photographer’s service area.

Of course! If you want to keep going, and your photographer is free, you can pay the additional charge afterwards online. Each additional 30 minute increment is $50 USD.

The photographer does not work as an employee of Local Thai Grapher, Most photographer working with LocalThaigrapher are self-employed freelance photographer  who working on there stye of photography , Local Thai Grapher are only intermediary connect professional photographer in Thailand to working on our reasonable price for you.
